Every product we offer, both sunglasses and optical frames, is 100% authentic, sourced directly from official channels and delivered with original packaging and documentation.

To make a purchase, select your preferred color on the product page, click Add to Bag, and then proceed to Checkout. Enter your personal details, choose your shipping and payment methods, and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Brescia, Italy, using express courier services.

European Union: €10
United Kingdom: £20
USA: $30
Rest of the world: €30
Shipping is free within the European Union for customers subscribed to THE VAULT.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are normally dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday) if placed before 1:00 p.m. CET. Please note that slight delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery usually takes 24–72 hours, depending on your location.

ARE DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED?
For orders shipped inside the European Union, to USA, to Australia, and UK , duties and import taxes are included in the final price at checkout — there will be no additional charges upon delivery.
For all other international destinations, duties and import taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination country.
All duties and taxes are calculated on the total order amount (including shipping costs) in accordance with local customs regulations.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details.
All orders are processed at our headquarters in Brescia, Italy, and are normally dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday). As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
Delivery usually takes 24–72 hours within Europe and 2–5 business days for international destinations, depending on your location and customs procedures. While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or payment authorization issues.
DO YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
Changed your mind? You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund using your original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Returns and refunds
HOW TO RETURN
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in a promotion. You can request a prepaid return label here
REFUND METHOD
Once your return has been received and inspected by our warehouse team, and approved in accordance with our return conditions, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
We are required to refund the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase. We will withhold customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs from the refund.

At SUNGLASSESANDFRAMES.COM, we stock only authentic, brand-new eyewear. Each product comes with a certificate of authenticity and a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please note that damage caused by improper use or accidents is not covered.
