Withdrawal and Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments), customers purchasing as consumers (i.e., for non-professional purposes) have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Sons of Anarchy SRL of their decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement via one of the following methods:

  • Email to hello@sunglassesandframes.com

  • Registered letter with return receipt to Viale Sant'Eufemia, n. 77/C, Brescia, BS, 25135

  • Completion of the standard withdrawal form available on our website

The withdrawal request must be sent before the 14-day period expires.

3. Effects of Withdrawal and Refunds

Upon withdrawal, Sons of Anarchy SRL will refund all payments received from the customer, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.

The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Such costs will not be reimbursed by Sons of Anarchy SRL, unless the return is due to a defect or lack of conformity of the product.

Refunds may be withheld until the returned goods have been received, or until the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

In the case of returns from non-EU countries, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage charges, storage fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the return shipment.

Should any such charges be imposed on Sons of Anarchy SRL, the corresponding amounts will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

The customer is responsible for properly declaring the goods as “Returned Goods” and for completing all necessary customs documentation accurately. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, which will be deducted from the refund, or in the refusal of the return shipment.

4. Return of Products

Customers must return the products to Viale Sant'Eufemia, 77/C, 25135, Brescia, BS, Italy without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying their withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated by Sons of Anarchy SRL.

Returned products must be intact, undamaged, and complete with all accessories, packaging, and documentation (e.g., case, cloth, instructions, original box).

Customers are responsible for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the products.

5. Return Instructions

Follow these instructions:

  • Pack the items carefully, including the brand’s original packaging. If possible, reuse the original shipping box you received your order in.

  • Once your return request has been approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Alternatively, you may ship the parcel using your own tracked courier/service.

  • Check the courier indicated on the label (if you use ours) and drop off the parcel at the nearest pickup point. You can find the closest location on the courier’s website.

  • Wait for our confirmation email once the return has been received and processed.

6. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following (Article 59 of the Consumer Code):

  • Prescription glasses with customized corrective lenses made to the customer’s specifications

  • Sealed products that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g., contact lenses, cleaning solutions, care products)

  • Products that are damaged or returned incomplete

Sunglasses and non-prescription frames may be returned and refunded, provided they have not been used beyond normal trial.
