Shipping and duties
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Brescia, Italy, using express courier services.
Estimated delivery costs:
- Italy: €10
- Europe: €20
- Outside Europe: €30
Shipping is free on orders over €500 / $500 or if you sign up to THE VAULT.
Orders are normally dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday) if placed before 1:00 p.m. CET, though slight delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery usually takes 24–72 hours depending on your location.
We ship worldwide, but prices do not include duties or import taxes (for non-EU customers).
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and depend on local customs regulations.
These charges are calculated on the total order amount (including shipping costs) and are applied after the parcels have been shipped.
Returns and refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not, you can return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is always at the customer’s expense.
Customers can choose either to:
- purchase the return label provided by us (using our selected courier), or
- arrange the return independently with their own courier.
If you prefer to use your own courier, the shipment must be fully trackable, and the tracking number and courier details must be clearly communicated to us via email or chat.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and accepted by our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty Items:
If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team with photos.
We will arrange a return and issue a full refund or replacement.
