Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Brescia, Italy, using express courier services.

Estimated delivery costs:

  • Italy and USA: free express shipping
  • Europe: €10
  • UK: £20
  • Outside Europe: Calculated at checkout

Orders are normally dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday) if placed before 2:00 p.m. CET, though slight delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery usually takes 24–72 hours depending on your location.

At checkout, during the payment process, you may also select delivery to a UPS Access Point for convenient parcel collection.

Duties and Import Taxes

We ship worldwide, duties and import taxes are managed as follow:

  • for Italian and EU customers duties and import taxes are included in the displayed price that is to be intended as final price;
  • for UK customers duties and import taxes are included in the displayed price that is to be intended as final price;
  • for USA customers duties and import taxes are included in the displayed price that is to be intended as final price;
  • for Australian customers duties and import taxes are included in the displayed price that is to be intended as final price;
  • for all other customers duties and import taxes are calculated at the checkout: once paid, there are no additional charges on delivery.

Returns and refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not, you can return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is always at the customer’s expense.

Customers can choose either to:

  • purchase the return label provided by us (using the return portal), or
  • arrange the return independently with their own courier.

If you prefer to use your own courier, the shipment must be fully trackable, and the tracking number and courier details must be clearly communicated to us via email or chat.

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and accepted by our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

We are required to refund the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase. We will withhold customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs from the refund.

Exchanges:

In case of an exchange, the shipping cost for the replacement order is always the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items:

If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team with photos.
We will arrange a return and issue a full refund or replacement.
